What this app does
Art
Client deliverable portal — video clips and edits from Corzek's production work are uploaded here for client review, approval, and download.
What we collect
The items below are stored either on your device or on our infrastructure to operate this service.
- Authentication sessionCookie
Keeps you signed in between page loads. Without it you would have to log in on every click.
- Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) tokenCookie
Prevents unauthorised actions on your behalf.
- Account profileOur database
Your name, email, and role are stored so we can authenticate you and show the correct content for your account.
- Uploaded match deliverables (video, images)Encrypted file storage
Hosts the content uploaded by Corzek staff for review and approval. Visible only to the client account it has been allocated to.
- Player tag referencesOur database
Links deliverables to the players or teams they feature, so you can filter content by player.
- Player-search queriesOur database
Anonymous record of which player names users search for. Used internally to improve search ranking and the auto-suggest list. No user identifier is attached to the query in the analytics record.
- Upload resume stateBrowser storage (session only)
If you refresh the page mid-upload, this lets the page pick up where you left off. Held only in your current browser tab.
- Client / match / enrichment cachesBrowser storage (localStorage)
Caches data you already have access to so pages load instantly on return visits. Contains no data beyond what is already shown on screen.
- Sign-in and notification emailsOur database
Magic-link sign-in emails and notification emails (new deliverable, weekly digest) are sent to the email address on your account.
Who we share data with
We share data with the categories of provider listed below. Each operates under a Data Processing Agreement and processes data only on our instructions. Data transferred outside the UK/EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. For specific vendors on request, email ed@corzek.com.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of them, email ed@corzek.com. We will respond within 30 days.
